We will process your reimbursement within 48 hours of order cancellation, using the same payment method you used for the order. You will not incur any fees for this reimbursement. However, if the order has reached the transportation stage, transportation and labor charges must be paid by you.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, ensure that:
- The Goods were purchased within the last 24 hours.
- The Goods are in their original packaging.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Goods that deteriorate quickly or are past their expiration date.
- Items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.
Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds unless applicable law states otherwise.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend you cross-check the product and ensure they are in the original condition as delivered. We cannot issue a refund without the actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
